Your satisfaction with SOPHINA products is important to us. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

How to return?

Fill out the form

Download and complete the return form. You can also use the electronic form in your customer panel.

Pack the parcel

Secure the products (preferably in the original packaging) and include the form inside.

Send it

Send the parcel to our address. You will receive a refund within 14 days.

Complaints

All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty. If the delivered product has a defect (e.g., damaged glass, wick issue), contact us by email at kontakt@sophina.pl.

Please include in your message:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged product

Complaints are processed within 14 days. If the complaint is accepted, we will replace the product or refund you, including shipping costs.
