Terms of the Store

§ 1. General provisions
These Terms define the rules for using the sophina.pl website (the "Website"), the rules for making purchases in the store available on the Website, and the rules for providing services by electronic means.

These Terms are addressed to both consumers and entrepreneurs using the Website.
§ 2. Technical requirements
To use the Website you need:
- A device with internet access (smartphone, tablet, computer).
- An up-to-date web browser.
- An active email address.
The Administrator makes every effort to ensure continuous operation of the Website, but reserves the right to technical breaks for system updates.
§ 3. User account
- Browsing the store assortment does not require creating an account.
- Placing an order and using some Store features requires registering an Account.
- Registration is free and voluntary.
- The user is required to provide truthful data.
- The user can delete the Account at any time using the "Delete account" option in account settings or by sending a request to the Administrator’s email address.
- The Administrator reserves the right to block or delete a User Account that grossly violates these Terms (e.g., attempts to defraud the payment system).
§ 4. Ordering rules (Store)
- Product prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in the currency corresponding to the selected country.
- Prices do not include delivery costs, which are indicated during checkout.
- To place an order, the User:
- Adds a product to the cart.
- Completes the delivery form.
- Selects a payment and delivery method.
- Confirms the order with the "Place order and pay" button (or equivalent).
- The sales contract is concluded when the User receives an email confirming the order acceptance for processing.
§ 5. Payments and Delivery
- Available payment methods:
- Electronic payments (e.g., BLIK, fast transfer) handled by an operator [e.g., PayU/Przelewy24].
- Payment card.
- [Other methods, e.g., cash on delivery].
- Orders are fulfilled within the European Union.
- Order processing time is 1 to 30 business days.
- Available delivery methods: Courier, InPost Lockers.
§ 6. Right of withdrawal (Returns)
- A User who is a Consumer (or Entrepreneur with consumer rights) has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, submit a clear statement (e.g., by email) and return the goods to the Administrator’s address.
- The cost of returning the goods (direct return cost) is borne by the Consumer.
- The seller refunds all payments (including the cheapest delivery option offered in the store) within 14 days of receiving the statement or returned goods.
- The right of return does not apply in cases specified by law (e.g., perishable products, hygienic products opened after delivery, personalized products).
§ 7. Complaints
- The seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.
- If physical or legal defects are found, the User has the right to file a complaint based on warranty/non-conformity regulations.
- Complaints can be submitted electronically to [email protected] or in writing to Wręcza, ul. Szkolna 62, 96-300.
- The seller will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
§ 8. Changes to the Terms
- The Administrator reserves the right to change the Terms for important reasons (e.g., changes in law, introduction of new payment features).
- Users with an Account will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.
- If the new Terms are not accepted, the User has the right to terminate the agreement (delete the account).
- Orders placed before the Terms change are governed by the version in effect at the time of order.
§ 9. Liability and prohibited content
- It is prohibited to provide unlawful content (e.g., in comments, reviews, or during registration), especially offensive content, hate speech, or content violating copyrights.
- The Administrator is not liable for Website downtime caused by force majeure or failures beyond the Administrator’s control (e.g., cloud provider outages), unless applicable law states otherwise.
§ 10. Final provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Civil Code, Consumer Rights Act, and other relevant Polish laws apply.
- Any disputes will be resolved by the competent common courts.
